Title: Herman Pancakes

Yield: 5 Servings

1c"Herman" starter
1cFlour
2 1/4tsBaking powder
1/4tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1 Egg
2tbOil
1/2cMilk (or more for thinner)

Mix well all ingredients. (Up to 3/4 c milk depending on desired thickness). Using scant 1/4 cup batter per pancake, bake on well- greased, preheated griddle or skillet about 3 minutes or until tops are bubbly and edges brown.
